SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of the SHEL team will be in touch within 1–2 business days with order updates or tracking details once your piece has entered production or is ready to ship.

Lead times vary by design. While we do maintain limited inventory of select styles, the majority of SHEL Fine Jewelrypieces are made to order, allowing us to ensure every detail meets our standard of craftsmanship and design integrity.

• Rings typically require a 4–6 week lead time, as we do not carry all sizes in stock.

• Custom commissions require a 6–8 week window once the final design and artwork have been approved.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at hello@shelfinejewelry.com — we will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requests where possible.

You may choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your production and shipping confirmation. After this period, your piece will move into production, and our return policy will apply.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. We ship exclusively with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

• Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over $1,000 USD.

• Orders under $1,000 ship at a $20 flat rate via insured 2-day delivery.

• Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout for a $30 flat rate.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All deliveries are subject to full payment before shipment release.

Please note: expedited shipping shortens transit time only and does not affect production time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we partner with DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Air, both trusted and fully insured carriers.

• International shipping is offered at a $75 flat rate, depending on destination and carrier availability.

• All packages are insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that international taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by each country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
