Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
However, for Ready to Wear "in stock" items, we do offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and returned in original condition.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your order.
- Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and pass our quality check to be eligible.
- You will be responsible for return shipping.
- All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale.

Please do not send anything back without written approval. We reserve the right to limit return if the policy is used in a way that feels excessive or out of integrity. Custom pieces, Trunk Show/Event Sales, sale items and international orders are final sale.
